You might be looking for tempur pedic protect waterproof mattress protector alternatives if the current model does not fit your specific needs. The Tempur-Pedic Protect Waterproof Mattress Protector uses breathable ThermalSense fabric and offers a deep pocket fit for mattresses up to 13 inches thick. It weighs 3.15 pounds and provides reliable stain protection with easy machine care. These specs make it a strong choice for waterproofing, but you may want different features or a lower price point.
The 6 alternatives on this list were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original product. You will find options that cover similar bed sizes, such as Queen, but focus on complete bedding ensembles rather than just mattress protection. Some sets offer certified safety, dual-texture warmth, or soft microfiber finishes. Others provide lightweight year-round comfort or brushed-finish softness. Each option includes distinct material choices and piece counts that differ from the single protector. You can compare these specs to find the best fit for your sleep environment.
Our top pick: Tempur-Pedic Queen Waterproof Mattress Protector.
How each alternative compares
CozyLux Queen 7-Piece Pintuck Bedding Set
The CozyLux Queen 7-Piece Pintuck Bedding Set replaces a single protector with a complete ensemble. It includes multiple pieces for a coordinated look, whereas the Tempur-Pedic option focuses solely on mattress protection. This set offers certified safety and is designed for cool rooms. You gain a full bedding solution but lose the specific waterproof barrier and deep-pocket fit that secures a protector to thick mattresses. Choose this if you want to replace your entire bed linen rather than just shield the mattress surface.
Utopia Bedding Queen 7-Piece Pintuck Comforter Set
Utopia Bedding provides a seven-piece pintuck comforter set in white. Like the CozyLux option, it delivers a complete bedding ensemble rather than a single protective layer. It features safety certifications and soft microfiber construction. You trade the waterproof, breathable ThermalSense fabric of the Tempur-Pedic protector for a softer, more affordable full-set approach. This alternative suits you if you do not need stain resistance but want a coordinated, easy-care set for a standard queen bed without the bulk of a heavy cover.
BEDELITE Fleece Queen Comforter Set, Brown
The BEDELITE Fleece Queen Comforter Set offers a plush, dual-texture experience in brown. It prioritizes softness and warmth over the waterproofing and airflow features of the Tempur-Pedic protector. This fleece option is heavier and less breathable, making it ideal for cozy sleep rather than temperature regulation. You give up the stain-proof barrier and deep-pocket fit. Select this alternative if you value tactile warmth and a distinct fabric texture more than mattress protection or a cooling sleep environment.
Bedsure 7-Piece Queen Navy Comforter Set
Bedsure offers a seven-piece navy comforter set with a solid pintuck design. It provides a complete bedding replacement with certified safety and soft microfiber. Unlike the Tempur-Pedic protector, which shields the mattress, this set covers your entire bed. It is heavier, weighing seven pounds, compared to the lightweight three-pound protector. You lose the waterproof feature and deep-pocket fit. This option is best for buyers seeking a full set replacement with a coordinated look rather than a protective layer for the mattress itself.
Bedsure Queen Cationic Dyed Comforter Set
The Bedsure Queen Cationic Dyed Comforter Set is a lightweight three-piece option in light grey. It includes a comforter and shams, designed for those who already have a duvet cover. It weighs nearly six pounds, significantly more than the Tempur-Pedic protector. This set offers soft, easy-care bedding but lacks waterproofing and mattress coverage. It suits you if you want a simple, cool sleeping setup without the bulk of a full ensemble or the protective barrier of a dedicated mattress cover.
Bare Home Queen Grey Comforter Set
Bare Home provides a queen grey comforter set with a brushed finish and down alternative fill. It emphasizes tactile softness and machine washability. The set weighs about five and a half pounds, offering a cozy feel rather than a protective shield. You sacrifice the waterproof, breathable ThermalSense fabric and the deep-pocket fit that accommodates thick mattresses. This alternative is ideal for buyers who prioritize a soft, brushed texture and easy care over stain resistance and specific mattress protection features.
