Specs: Completeness vs Softness
Piece Count
The Bedsure Queen Reversible 7-Piece Bed in a Bag includes a comforter, two pillowcases, two pillow shams, a fitted sheet, and a flat sheet. This seven-piece bundle provides a complete bedding solution in one purchase. In contrast, the Bedsure Queen Prewashed Comforter Set is a three-piece set. It includes only the comforter and two pillowcases. You must purchase sheets and shams separately if you choose the prewashed option. The seven-piece set offers immediate convenience for those wanting a full room transformation without additional shopping.
Material Certification
Safety and material standards differ between these two products. The Bedsure Queen Prewashed Comforter Set holds Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certification. This credential verifies that the fabric meets high testing criteria for harmful chemicals and is harmless to humans. The Bedsure Queen Reversible 7-Piece Bed in a Bag does not list any specific chemical safety certifications in its published specifications. While both use soft materials, the prewashed set provides verified assurance regarding chemical safety for sensitive skin or health-conscious buyers.
Weight
The physical weight of the bedding sets varies significantly. The Bedsure Queen Prewashed Comforter Set weighs 6.17 pounds. This lighter weight may make it easier to handle during washing or seasonal changes. The Bedsure Queen Reversible 7-Piece Bed in a Bag weighs 6.42 pounds. This difference is small, but the seven-piece set is slightly heavier, likely due to the inclusion of extra items like sheets and shams. For users who prioritize lighter bedding for easier manipulation, the prewashed set has a slight advantage.
Fill Material
The internal filling and construction materials are distinct. The Bedsure Queen Reversible 7-Piece Bed in a Bag uses microfiber filling. This material is noted for providing extra softness, volume, and durability through its quilted design. The Bedsure Queen Prewashed Comforter Set does not specify its fill material in the provided data, focusing instead on its prewashed cotton-like texture. If you prefer a specific microfiber fill for added volume and plushness, the seven-piece set clearly defines this component. The prewashed set emphasizes surface texture over internal fill details.
Dimensions
The size specifications for the comforters differ between the two sets. The Bedsure Queen Prewashed Comforter Set measures 90 inches by 90 inches. The Bedsure Queen Reversible 7-Piece Bed in a Bag measures 88 inches by 88 inches. The prewashed set offers a slightly larger surface area, extending two inches wider and longer. This extra coverage might be beneficial for larger queen mattresses or users who prefer more overhang. The seven-piece set adheres to a standard 88x88 inch dimension for its comforter.
